Two things that make the first reply more useful.
Send the mark and the goods
A trademark is only protectable in relation to particular goods or services. Sending the mark together with a description of what it is used on lets us search the right classes from the outset instead of asking you again.
Mention any earlier filings
If you or a distributor, subsidiary or supplier has already filed something in China, say so. Knowing the existing filings — including the ones that were made without you — changes what we recommend.
Correspondence is treated as confidential and handled in line with our privacy notice. Filing engagements start with a written scope and a signed Power of Attorney; nothing is filed, and nothing is chargeable, before you confirm both.
